United Cruise past Leicester with a 2-0 win

Manchester United started  the game with Romelu Lukaku upfront, and no Rashford. Anthony Martial starts with Juan Mata. The game kicked off at Old trafford.

The game started off with a lot of energy and pace with Mkhitaryan almost scoring after 25 seconds. His low effort was blocked by Morgan.

Manchester United have really improved on their attacking as was evident in the game. Pogba has had quite a number of chances with shots from 25 yards just going wide.

Juan Mata scored a goal which was wrongfully disallowed as the offside trap was really tight.

Manchester United  had 10 shots so far in the first half with 3 on target compared to Leiceister which had only 2 shots with only one on target.

Manchester united have really dominated the first half of the game. Before the end of first half, they dominated the game with a 65% possession compared to Leicester’s 35% possession. Matic, Pogba and Mata have had quit a good first half of the game.

On the start of the second half, United resumed the game with a lot of attacking.  Manchester United received a penalty from a handball by Simpson  after a cross launched by Anthony Martial but Lukaku misses.

Marcus Rashford came on in the 67th minute and three minutes later he scored a goal for United. Manchester United are playing like real title contenders by dominating the game.

Fellaini comes off the bench to replace Mkhitaryan and again scores the second goal for United.  United have so far kept three clean sheets in their first three games.  They outplayed their rivals and won a very important game at home.
